The School of Religion’s mission is to provide a positive and Christ-filled environment for children and young adults to grow in faith through prayer, worship, service, knowledge of faith, moral formation and Christian community.

About School of Religion

The St. Pius X School of Religion helps form the faith of non-parochial school students from age 3 through high school. It teaches the religion curriculum of the Archdiocese of Indianapolis, which presents Catholic doctrine within the four-part framework of the Catechism of the Catholic Church (creed, sacraments, Christian living and prayer). The School of Religion enlists dozens of volunteer ministers in areas including catechesis, Christian service, hospitality and communication.
